Portability and Multi-Use
ImpresaGO is a project that aims to create and distribute the best business management software for a small business or a freelancer. The company has been dealing with ERP cloud management software for 20 years, it has involved new resources: teachers, accountants, entrepreneurs, app developers and web designers, to realize ImpresaGO and to make it easy and immediate to use, but able to satisfy all needs on typically Italian tax matters. ImpresaGO is the ideal platform for the accounting management of small businesses and freelancers, designed to make contractors and consultants work together effectively and without wasting time. The main challenge was to create all of the functionality of the desktop application to mobile and tablet devices.

Scalable Solution
Both applications for iOS and Android were done in line with most of the desktop features such as emit invoices, cost registration, attach a document, real-time performance, deadlines management, and real-time dashboard. The technology utilized for the development of both applications were primarily Objective C and Java with 3rd party integrations and a live sequel database. The implementation process was ran in Agile with an initial MVP specs and rapid sprint cycles. The application has been created in order to be customizable for every need, for freelancers, artisans, traders, consultants, lawyers, accountants and small businesses in general.

The free App for iOS and Android when invoice or receipt received, he/she can take a picture with a smartphone and in an instant the bill will be in the cloud available to the accountant.  The deadlines will be updated, as well as the progress graphs of the business.

One can manage the creation of Offers, DDT and turn these documents into invoices with an ease and an impressive speed. The application offers the possibility to manage a convenient database of Customers and Suppliers, as well as the configuration of your Price List. By registering its products and data, it is possible to draw up invoices in a very short time and send them directly to customers.
