The project required rapid delivery (5 months) as it was tied directly to Chrysler Canadian Autoshow in fall. A team of highly-skilled professionals was selected from project management, creative, usability, development, analytics, and business analysis departments. The main areas of work started with conceptual wire-framing and design of home pages of all Chrysler vehicles; additions and modifications to existing vehicle configurators with core changes in Chrysler’s vehicle database system as well as 3rd party sources; usability testing and updates to dealer tools: dealer locator, map, inventory and the overall creative presentation look & feel.

The project was executed utilizing a hybrid of Agile and Waterfall delivery due to the nature of sensitivity of the deadline. Daily stand-up sessions with internal team members were regularly conducted with the lead project management driving. Twice a week creative, business analysis and project management team would travel to client’s site to interact with project stakeholders in order to quickly on the fly modify changes based on feedback. These rapid sessions would eliminate traditional long approvals and keep the momentum of the team’s execution.
Project completion resulted in quicker, more flexible, cost efficient and fresh innovative experience for online users while keeping client excited and satisfied.
